Shipping Destinations:

• Stone Products Unlimited, Inc. ships to all 50 states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please reach out to orderdesk@spui.net for a freight quote.

Lead Times and Delivery Estimates:

• All lead times, ship dates, and delivery dates provided are estimates only. Typically, we ship orders within 5 business days of approval.
• Transit times are also estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery as we contract through outside carriers.

Factors Affecting Delays:

• Difficult-to-reach addresses such as narrow streets, slopes, low-hanging trees, or ferry crossings may cause delays in shipping.
• Communicate any potential challenges to our customer service team at orderdesk@spui.net. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the need to pick up the product from the carrier's terminal.
